This holly wreath is made from felt die cut shapes cut on the cuttlebug from quickutz die. I then drew two circles on some stiff card and cut out  two rings to which the felt was added to the first, the red beads stuck on with glue dots for the berries.  I stitched a jingle bell to the holly leaves. Lastly I sandwiched the ribbon tie between the two layers of card and stuck in place.

The holly fairy is adapted from Michelle Powell’s holly fairy in  Cards and crafts for christmas volume 2 mag which I’ve had for a while. Her head is a painted papier mache ball, wings are die cut holly leaves from quickutz as are the decorations on her dress and in her hair. The arms and dress are made from semi circles of card rolled into a cone, the body being 4″ and the arms 2″ in diameter. The dress then had some cream angel fibre added underneath to add a kind of net underskirt to the dress. Hair was stuck on from a wool in my fibres box and features added with a sharpie.
